About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Utilizes expertise in machine learning and advanced statistical methods to analyze data sources
Provides guidance to teams in optimal use of Artificial Intelligence in data analytics
Oversees and mentors other analysts as directed by the Director
Leads data risk assessments and identifies data quality and security issues
Provides consultation regarding statistical methods and analysis designs
Conducts predictive and geospatial data analytics
Serves as HAI representative to the DoHS for project planning and performance
Prepares reports required by the University and external agencies

Requirements

What you’ll need

PhD in health-related field required
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in health outcomes and policy research
Experience in using Artificial Intelligence in data analytics
Experience and knowledge in predictive analytics using machine learning
Good knowledge in Medicaid Claims data
Knowledge in conducting in-house training
Extensive knowledge in utilizing large health databases for research, program evaluation, and policy development
Extensive knowledge in machine learning
