About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic leadership and operation oversight of all information technology systems and CRM platforms in enrollment management
Oversee the operation and maintenance of the University’s enrollment management CRM
Provide strategic vision and enhancement planning to enrollment technologies and platforms
Manage all technologies and platforms utilized by Enrollment Management
Investigate and resolve data quality issues
Collaborate with marketing, academic, IT departments and other units as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Higher Education, Business, or related field
A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in CRM administration, IT systems, or enrollment management
Experience with CRM platforms (Slate preferred) and SIS platforms (Banner preferred)
Experience with reporting tools (SQL, Tableau, ARGOS, etc.)
Work experience that provided analytical and technical skills
