About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the Associate Director in administration for Procure to Pay (P2P) systems
- Provide daily support and end user training
- Develop and execute test plans, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and coordinate reporting across all P2P systems
- Serve as the primary application administrator for P2P systems
- Lead development and performance testing plans, coordinating with key functional users
- Identify functionality issues, document potential solutions, and lead process improvement projects utilizing system functionality
- Develop, support, and cross-train areas of responsibility to other P2P team members
- Serve as the lead in mining and compiling data, report writing, and dashboard development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business or related field
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience with design, configuration of business processes, and administration of financial or P2P systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interact with all levels of staff throughout various organizations
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of facilities management systems, financial systems (i.e. Oracle, SAP, etc.), e-procurement tools
- Knowledge of techniques for retrieving, compiling and integrating data from different database sources such as Oracle, SQL or Microsoft Access
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work assignments and ensure timely completion
- Experience leading projects and diverse teams
- Graduate degree and experience in an e-procurement tool preferred
