About the role

  • Administer and support Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) services
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Informatica platform
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration job failures and performance issues
  • Configure and maintain Secure Agents and runtime environments
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica CDI
  • Write and tune complex SQL queries to support data integration
  • Support code migrations and deployments across environments
  • Configure and maintain connectors including connection parameters
  • Implement and support authentication mechanisms in alignment with enterprise security standards
  • Work closely with application teams to troubleshoot data issues
  • Maintain and enhance operational documentation
  • Assist with platform upgrades, patches, and new feature adoption
  • Participate in on-call support rotation for critical incidents
  • Continuously learn and apply new tools and features in the Informatica ecosystem
  • Collaborate with DBAs and infrastructure teams on physical database design

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of four (4) years combined experience involving Information Technology
  • Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience supporting and developing data integration pipelines using Informatica IDMC, including Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and/or Mass Ingestion
  • Experience administering or supporting data integration platforms in a production environment
  • Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
