About the role
- Develop, execute, and manage project plans, charters, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Lead large, multi departmental projects involving academic units, clinical partners, and external vendors.
- Oversee project tracking and develop dashboards, progress reports, and Key performance indicators.
- Identify risks, issues, and barriers; develop mitigation plans and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Contribute to long term strategic planning for simulation education growth and healthcare system integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, education, health sciences, business administration, or related field
- A minimum of three (3) years of project coordination or project management experience in healthcare, academic health sciences, education, or related settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi stakeholder projects
- Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
