About the role
- Monitor data collection and data collection protocols
- Design, develop, and maintain VISUALLY APPEALING tailored dashboards using Tableau/Power BI or other data visualization software for real-time performance monitoring
- Streamline reporting processes, increase efficiency in data retrieval and presentation accuracy
- Conduct system analysis and implementation to maintain and improve computer systems to generate lengthy reports in an efficient and timely manner
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for centralized access to prior and future reporting initiatives and process information
- Interprets, synthesizes, and analyzes data
- Manage multiple large project databases of qualitative and quantitative data
- Provide technical assistance to PRC, community, and state partners for dashboards and data reports
- Create and generate annual reports for schools, counties, community and state partners, including written reports and presentations
- Regularly schedules, organizes, and reports on status of data management activities to project team
- Collaborate with state and community partners to implement data-driven strategies and integrate evaluation findings into continuous quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in public health, psychology, sociology, social work, public administration, Data Analytics and Design, Data Visualization, Software Engineering or a related discipline
- Masters’ degree or higher preferred
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in biostatistics, epidemiology, data analysis and data visualization including application of statistical methodology
- Knowledge of research methodology in a community setting
- Knowledge of program development and management
- Demonstrated organizational skills to plan and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills (oral, telephone, written, face-to-face) and ability to perform in a professional manner in a variety of settings and with individuals of various backgrounds and skill levels
- Ability to manage multiple project activities with an appropriate degree of attention to detail
- Effective public speaking skills
- Specific skills in data visualization software required (such as Tableau, Microsoft BI, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Python/Python 3, SAS, Tableau, Oracle, SharePoint, REDCap, Java C++ etc.) are preferred
- Preferable proficiency in Sage X3, ArcGIS Pro
