About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide pharmacist care by collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Promote guidelines and policies to improve care for patients

Requirements
What you’ll need- Must possess current licensure as required by state board where services will be provided
- Residency training OR three (3) years of pharmacist experience
- Advanced degree (Master of Public Health or other degree) preferred
