About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages daily operations of the department responsible for providing environmental services
- Ensures alignment of operations with organizational objectives
- Establishes and maintains high expectations for cleanliness
- Develops housekeeping staff through hiring, training, performance management, employee relations, and coaching
- Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures for cleaning of the building
- Investigates and addresses escalated complaints regarding poor housekeeping service
- Maintains relationships with external vendors and internal departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Five (5) year of housekeeping experience
- Three (3) year previous supervisory duties
- Associates degree (preferred)
