Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of software systems.
Assists in system troubleshooting and providing end-user training.
Works closely with senior team members to ensure system functionality and deliver user support.
Aids in testing activities and system performance optimization.
Assists with user security management under guidance of senior analysts.
Collaborates with team members for system enhancements based on organizational needs.
Assists in managing data transfers and generating reports for accurate data handling.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field OR two (2) years of relevant experience.
Relevant certifications and/or proficiencies may be required, with target completion within 90 days following formal training.
Experience in applicable business, clinical, imaging, or web application systems.
Proficiency in systems administration and providing strategic insights to business operations.
Experience working in inpatient and outpatient clinical settings.
Understanding of clinical data management and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
Knowledge in Cloud-based healthcare applications and web services.
Knowledge of reporting tools for data analysis and reporting capabilities.
