HR/Benefits Specialist
WVU Medicine. Responsible for the administration of HR & benefits/retirement programs .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the administration of HR & benefits/retirement programs
- Support the administration of HR & Benefits processes including internal mobility, life events, separations and Health & Welfare plans
- Administer Tuition Assistance programs and perform process & data audits across the HR function
- Address service requests escalated from the Tier 1 Customer Service team
- Coordinate with third-party providers for program delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent and five years of experience in the administration of HR, Benefits or Audit/Compliance programs
- Associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field and three years of experience in administration of HR, Benefits or Audit/Compliance programs
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field and one to two years of experience in administration of HR, Benefits or Audit/Compliance programs
- Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- SHRM or HRCI certification
- CEBS certification
