About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plans, organizes, implements and evaluates the delivery of patient care
Develops, implements, and supports strategies for the delivery of quality patient care
Coordinates and evaluates clinical, financial, material, and human resources
Ensures adequate technical staffing coverage for the lab
Communicates with the Director about team performance
Performs monthly operational budget variance analysis
Responsible for maintaining sleep evaluation center AASM accreditation standards
Collaborates with medical staff and other personnel for optimal patient care

Requirements

What you’ll need

Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) Certification
Certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date
Associate of Science Degree in Health Allied Field or Respiratory Care
Five (5) years’ of experience as a registered sleep tech
One (1) year of supervisory experience
