About the role
- Plans, organizes, implements and evaluates the delivery of patient care
- Develops, implements, and supports strategies for the delivery of quality patient care
- Coordinates and evaluates clinical, financial, material, and human resources
- Ensures adequate technical staffing coverage for the lab
- Communicates with the Director about team performance
- Performs monthly operational budget variance analysis
- Responsible for maintaining sleep evaluation center AASM accreditation standards
- Collaborates with medical staff and other personnel for optimal patient care
Requirements
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) Certification
- Certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date
- Associate of Science Degree in Health Allied Field or Respiratory Care
- Five (5) years’ of experience as a registered sleep tech
- One (1) year of supervisory experience
