About the role
- Conduct on-site wound assessments
- Evaluate wound healing progress and ensure appropriate supply of wound care materials
- Maintain contact with clients (outpatient nursing services, care facilities)
- Liaise with treating physicians
- Support prescription management
- Build networks with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse (adult or pediatric) or Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d)
- Experience in managing chronic wounds is desirable
- Customer- and patient-oriented mindset and approach
- Commercial/entrepreneurial understanding
- Flexibility
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Valid driving license (Class B)
