About the role
- Conduct regular on-site wound rounds to provide guidance and assess wound progress
- Maintain close contact with customers (home care services, care facilities)
- Consult with treating physicians about wound status and therapy recommendations
- Support prescription management in collaboration with the internal office team
- Build networks with other professional groups to ensure comprehensive wound care
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, or Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d)
- Experience in managing chronic wounds is desirable
- Customer- and patient-focused thinking and actions
- Commercial/entrepreneurial understanding
- Flexibility
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
