About the role
- Plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructures to ensure the performance and security of our clients.
- Advise our clients in Nordwestmecklenburg on selecting and integrating tailored IT solutions that optimize their business processes.
- Conduct security assessments and implement backup and security solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Organize and deliver security awareness training for clients to raise employee awareness of current IT security requirements.
- Collaborate with our dynamic team to continuously improve our IT services and support the growth of our online store.
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in computer science or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in maintaining and implementing IT infrastructures.
- Knowledge of servers, backup, and security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
