About the role
- Responsible for operating and further developing the IT infrastructures of our regional business clients — both on-premises and in the cloud.
- Handling incidents, service requests and changes while maintaining direct customer contact.
- Support and administration of Windows servers, networks, M365, Azure cloud services and virtualization solutions.
- Implementation of projects — from client and server rollouts to more complex infrastructure and security solutions.
- Active participation in the standardization and automation of our IT services.
- Close collaboration with your team to keep our customers' IT environments modern, stable and secure.
Requirements
- Experience in administering IT systems and networks
- Knowledge of servers, backup and security
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues
- High level of motivation and initiative to drive projects forward independently
