About the role
- Monitor and maintain customers' server and network infrastructures.
- Install, configure and manage hardware and software solutions.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and automation processes.
- Perform regular backups and security checks.
- Provide technical support and training for our customers.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience with server and network technologies.
- Knowledge of backup and security solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
- Team-oriented work style and good communication skills.
