Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or agency development in martech/adtech, ESP, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets tied to partners and agencies.
  • Deep familiarity with ESP ecosystems (bonus if you’ve worked closely with Klaviyo or Shopify).
  • Strong commercial instincts: you think in terms of pipeline, coverage, conversion, and deal strategy, not just relationship-building.
  • Comfortable working with sales teams and BDAs; you know how to build programs that reps actually use.
  • Excellent communicator and operator – able to run enablement, manage a book of partners, and report clearly on outcomes.
