About the role
- Wunderkind is a performance marketing solution that uses AI and data to help brands acquire and retain customers through personalized messages across websites, email, text, and ads, driving revenue.
- Build on North America growth as Director of Business Development to support Wunderkind's evolution into a SaaS-focused provider.
- Report to the AVP of Sales and Partnerships; spearhead new business, manage deal flow, and mentor a dedicated Business Development Associate.
- Focus on retail and ecommerce clients (650+ retailers globally); engage stakeholders at all levels and align on business objectives and KPIs.
- Key responsibilities: develop and execute business development strategy; communicate value proposition; build strategic partnerships; perform market research and analysis; own full sales cycle and pipeline management.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of business development, sales, or strategic partnerships experience with a proven history of closing high-value deals and delivering revenue growth.
