• As a Media Producer at WunderGraph, you will be at the forefront of telling our story through engaging video, podcast, and multimedia content.
• You will own the end-to-end media production process from concept and scripting to editing and post-production, ensuring every asset aligns with our brand and connects with our audience.
• Produce and edit high-quality videos (long-form explainers, short clips, tutorials, behind-the-scenes).
• Manage the full podcast workflow: recording, editing, publishing, and promotion.
• Design and implement motion graphics, intros, outros, and branded templates.
• Ensure consistent production quality across all media assets.
• Optimize content for platform-specific formats (YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Translate complex technical topics into engaging video narratives.
• Capture founder stories, engineering insights, and customer use cases.
• Experiment with new video formats (interactive explainers, enterprise deep dives, customer success features).
• Develop and maintain a repeatable production pipeline to ensure regular content output.

ABOUT THE ROLE: We're looking for a Developer Relations Manager to build and grow our developer community, create technical content, and establish WunderGraph as a thought leader in API infrastructure.
TEAM INTEGRATION: Report to the VP of Marketing; collaborate with PMM, Content & Social Manager, Video Producer, Demand Gen, Product, Engineering, Sales.
ROLE TASKS: Developer Community Building: Build and nurture developer communities; Engage with developers on platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, Reddit, and Discord; Organize and participate in developer meetups and local tech events; Foster relationships with key developers, influencers, and thought leaders; Create and manage developer programs; Build ambassador programs and developer advocate networks.
Technical Content Creation: Write developer-focused blog posts and tutorials; Create hands-on code samples, demos, and projects; Develop technical guides and best practices; Create attention-grabbing technical projects and proof-of-concepts; Write for external publications and developer-focused platforms; Create conference presentations and technical talks.
Developer Marketing & Outreach: Attend and speak at developer conferences and events; Host hands-on workshops and how-to sessions; Participate in podcasts and developer-focused media; Build relationships with developer-focused publications and influencers; Create attention-grabbing developer projects and initiatives; Develop thought leadership content on API infrastructure trends.
Product Advocacy & Feedback: Advocate for developers within the product team; Collect and synthesize developer feedback; Test new features from a developer perspective; Create developer personas and use case scenarios; Bridge communication between developers and product teams; Influence product roadmap based on community needs.
Developer Experience & Onboarding: Improve developer onboarding and first-time user experience; Create hands-on getting-started guides and tutorials; Optimize developer documentation and technical resources; Build developer tools and utilities; Create interactive demos and playground environments; Develop hands-on certification programs or learning paths.
Analytics & Community Metrics: Track developer engagement across channels; Measure community growth and developer adoption; Analyze content performance and developer feedback; Report on developer sentiment and community health; Monitor competitive developer programs and community initiatives; Track developer-to-customer conversion and pipeline contribution.
SUCCESS: In first 6 months: establish presence in key developer communities; create pipeline of technical content; build relationships with key developers and influencers; launch developer-focused events and webinars; improve developer onboarding and documentation; establish metrics and reporting for developer engagement.
