About the role
- Professional care for chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advice, support and education for patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other care providers involved in wound management to ensure optimal patient care
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Maintaining and expanding the existing patient/client base
- Compliance with legal requirements and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a nurse (e.g., registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, or qualified nursing specialist)
- Experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible working style
- Driving license class B
