About the role
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, supporting and training patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Managing and expanding the existing patient/client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse (adult or pediatric), geriatric nurse, or qualified nursing professional
- Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist, or willingness to complete such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patient needs
- Reliable and responsible approach to work
- Driver's license (Class B)
