About the role
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Counseling, support and education of patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Management of prescriptions and supply coordination
- Care for and expansion of the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or qualified Nursing Professional
- Work experience in wound care advantageous but not required
- Completed further training as a wound specialist or willingness to complete such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible approach to work
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
