About the role
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives
- Close cooperation with other parties involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Management of prescriptions and supply coordination
- Care for and development of the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized training as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse or qualified nursing professional
- Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients’ needs
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
- Driving license class B
