About the role
- Professional treatment of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, caring for and educating patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Managing and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal requirements and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a nurse (registered nurse), pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse or general care nurse
- Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patient needs
- Reliable and responsible working style
- Class B driving licence
