About the role
- Professional treatment of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Counseling, care and education of patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient care
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Care for and expansion of the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse or qualified nursing professional
- Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed advanced training as a wound care specialist or willingness to complete such training
- Strong communication skills and good understanding of patients’ needs
- Reliable and responsible working style
- Driving license class B
