About the role
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Counseling, support and education for patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other parties involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Management of prescriptions and supply logistics
- Support and development of the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Geriatric Nurse or qualified nursing professional
- Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patient needs
- Reliable and responsible working approach
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
