About the role
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives
- Close cooperation with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Managing and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and professional guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse or nursing professional
- Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to complete such training
- Good communication skills and a strong understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible working style
- Valid Category B driver's license (car)
