About the role
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other healthcare professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Ensuring prescription handling and supply management
- Maintaining and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or other qualified nursing professional
- Work experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist, or willingness to complete such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible working style
- Valid Class B driver's license
