About the role
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with all parties involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Maintaining and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized training as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Geriatric Nurse or general qualified nurse
- Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed advanced training as a wound specialist or willingness to complete such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients’ needs
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
- Driving licence class B
