About the role
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, caring for, and educating patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other parties involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Managing and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized training as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or Qualified Nursing Professional
- Work experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible working style
- Valid driving license (Class B)
