About the role
- Professional care for chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Managing prescriptions and supply logistics
- Maintaining and expanding the existing patient/client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a nurse (e.g., registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse or nursing specialist)
- Experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undergo such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible working style
- Driving licence class B (car)
