About the role
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Counseling, support and training for patients and their family members
- Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Caring for and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification in nursing (e.g., Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or Qualified Nurse)
- Experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
