About the role
- Provide professional care for chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advise, support and educate patients and their relatives
- Work closely with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensure prescription and supply management
- Maintain and expand the existing client base
- Comply with legal regulations and professional guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse (adult or pediatric), geriatric nurse, or nursing professional
- Professional experience in wound care advantageous but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible approach to work
- Driving license class B (valid driver's license)
