About the role
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Counseling, care and education of patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription handling and supply management
- Caring for and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or Nursing Specialist
- Professional experience in wound care advantageous but not required
- Completed advanced training as a Wound Care Specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible working style
- Valid Class B driver's license (car)
