About the role
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives
- Close cooperation with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Managing prescriptions and supply arrangements
- Maintaining and expanding the existing client base
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse or qualified nursing professional
- Professional experience in wound care advantageous but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patient needs
- A reliable and responsible approach to work
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
