About the role
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Counseling, support and education for patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other healthcare professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Maintenance and expansion of the existing client/patient base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a nurse (e.g., Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, or qualified nursing professional)
- Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to complete such training
- Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible work approach
- Class B driver's license
