About the role
- Professional care of chronic and/or difficult-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, supporting and training patients and their families
- Close collaboration with other healthcare professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Managing and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a Registered Nurse (adult, pediatric or geriatric) or equivalent nursing qualification
- Work experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible approach to work
- Valid Class B driving license (car)
