About the role
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other care providers involved in wound management to ensure optimal patient care
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Managing and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognised qualification as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse or nursing specialist
- Experience in wound care advantageous but not required
- Completed advanced training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible working style
- Class B driving licence
