About the role
- Build and lead a team of up to 20 wound care specialists in the field
- Manage, support, coach and develop employees within the assigned territory and build a strong team
- Conduct and support trainings and onboarding
- Expand and maintain the care network for chronic wounds
- Maintain regular communication with the company's internal network
- Acquire and manage relationships with nursing service providers
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse (adult or pediatric), geriatric nurse or qualified nursing professional
- Completed further training as a Wound Care Specialist and as a Wound Therapist, or willingness to undertake these trainings
- Initial leadership experience; experience in a similar field-based role is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanour
- Organizational talent combined with an independent and team-oriented way of working
- Good IT user skills
- Driving licence class B
