About the role
- Professional care for chronic and/or difficult-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other stakeholders involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Managing and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal requirements and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized nursing qualification (e.g., registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse or qualified nursing professional)
- Work experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to complete such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible working style
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
