About the role
- Professional treatment of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Electronic wound documentation
- Advising, supporting and educating patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other stakeholders involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Managing and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Geriatric Nurse or Nursing Specialist
- Professional experience in wound care advantageous but not required
- Completed advanced training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients’ needs
- Reliable and responsible work approach
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
