About the role
- Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Advice, support and training for patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other parties involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Managing and expanding the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a nurse (e.g., registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse) or qualified nursing professional
- Work experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
- Completed further training as a wound specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients' needs
- Reliable and responsible work approach
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
