About the role
- Professional treatment of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
- Digital wound documentation
- Counseling, support and education of patients and their relatives
- Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
- Ensuring prescription and supply management
- Care for and expansion of the existing client base
- Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a nurse (e.g., Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Geriatric Nurse) or equivalent certified nursing qualification
- Experience in wound care is an advantage but not mandatory
- Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients’ needs
- Reliable and responsible working approach
- Valid Class B driver’s license (car)
