About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute unified yet tailored audience acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across our entire portfolio of 30+ B2B brands and 40+ events.
  • Partner closely with the VP of Content, journalists, and content creators.
  • Oversee the technical integration of our marketing tech stack.
  • Manage the strategy, vendor relationships, and compliance for our print circulation portfolio.
  • Directly manage and mentor a high-performing team of 4 specialists.
  • Allocate and manage the audience development budget effectively.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or audience development, with a proven track record of managing large, multi-brand portfolios and event audiences.
  • Strong experience interfacing directly with journalists, editors, and content creators.
  • Proven experience mapping and managing data architecture.
  • Strong understanding of print circulation logistics, fulfillment operations, and subscriber lifecycle management, paired with a modern digital growth mindset.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex, multi-channel data sets into clear, actionable growth strategies.
