About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review insurance documentation and marketing materials in English and French
- Assist in researching and publishing quarterly and annual insurance market reports for financial industry subscribers
- Document changes over prescribed periods in monitored insurance markets
- Support consulting projects, including developing product benchmarks and PowerPoint presentations using market data and collaborating with colleagues
- Assist with research and presentation materials for new client prospects
- Support Request For Proposals processes
- Perform administrative functions as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree
- Bilingual in English and French
- Highly organized, resourceful, and attentive to detail
- Research skills for gathering consumer, competitor, and market data
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Effective time management and ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of insurance terminology is an asset
- Previous experience in insurance product management, claims management, or insurance call center operations is an asset
- Experience with travel insurance and/or credit card insurance benefits is an asset
- Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered
