Key responsibilities & impact

  • Analyze, create and maintain system application user guides and other technical documentation.

  • Work alongside our Business Analysts, Quality Assurers, and Developers on a range of key projects.
  • Attend team meetings to report on the status of testing and other internal processes.
  • Learn every day, through a full induction, on-the-job experiences and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects with expert professionals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • In your penultimate or final year of university.
  • Studying for a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Analytical and detail-focused, with strong client service orientation.
  • A strong written and verbal communicator.
  • A quick learner keen to solve challenging technical problems.
  • A natural team player with a sense of accountability.
  • While not essential, experience in software development and testing (manual and automation) would also be advantageous.
