Client Service Executive – Insurance
WTWClient Service Executive providing outstanding client service and developing relationships in GB Retail business. Supporting a diverse portfolio across various industry sectors including Infrastructure & Utilities, Manufacturing, and more.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide outstanding client service and support to a diverse portfolio of new and existing clients across various exciting industry sectors.
- Understand client’s business and risk management needs, establish and maintain active relationships with primary Stakeholders and decision-makers, and deliver profitable business solutions.
- Optimize revenue from new and existing clients using a range of placement channels and markets.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and markets to maximize service delivery levels.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record of delivering outstanding client service.
- Thorough technical knowledge of Commercial Insurance programmes including but not limited to Property Damage/Business Interruption, Liability, and Motor Insurance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage your workload and balance competing priorities.
- Team player who works effectively in various teams.
- Working towards or have gained a Dip CII.
