About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide outstanding client service and support to a diverse portfolio of new and existing clients across various exciting industry sectors.
  • Understand client’s business and risk management needs, establish and maintain active relationships with primary Stakeholders and decision-makers, and deliver profitable business solutions.
  • Optimize revenue from new and existing clients using a range of placement channels and markets.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and markets to maximize service delivery levels.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding client service.
  • Thorough technical knowledge of Commercial Insurance programmes including but not limited to Property Damage/Business Interruption, Liability, and Motor Insurance
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage your workload and balance competing priorities.
  • Team player who works effectively in various teams.
  • Working towards or have gained a Dip CII.
