Customer Service Representative
WTWCustomer Service Representative managing customer relationships for WTW while working from home. Assisting participants with enrollment questions and providing support over the phone primarily.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing customer relationships and providing a great customer experience to drive loyalty
- Answering enrollment questions, applications, and general concerns
- Spending approximately 95% of the day in phone conversations
- Assisting participants with application processes and account inquiries
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven success in customer service and/or consultative sales environment preferred
- Must be able to complete a paid intensive training program and pass a final test
- Technical proficiency: ability to manage multiple open computer windows, use Microsoft Office, and learn new computer systems
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents and detailed correspondence, procedure manuals, and applications
- Ability to work varying shifts/hours/days
- Work from home requirements: 100 Mbps download speed, Wired Ethernet connection
- A personal smart phone or other device capable of downloading authentication apps for secure VPN access
