About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, analyze and refine non‑life insurance pricing models, taking into account competitiveness, profitability and portfolio segmentation.
  • Use and configure market pricing tools (Radar, Earnix, Addactis or equivalents) to support clients in their pricing decisions.
  • Take part in pricing consulting engagements: redesign of rate tables, impact analyses, pricing change testing, and strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with internal teams in France and internationally, as well as with client teams, within a project environment.
  • Contribute, according to your interests, to related areas such as reserving, complementing pricing work.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in engineering, statistics, applied mathematics, actuarial science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in non‑life insurance, in-house or in consulting, with proven expertise in pricing.
  • Strong experience with market pricing tools: Radar, Earnix, Addactis (or competing tools).
  • Good command of Excel; familiarity with analytical languages or tools is an asset.
  • Exposure to reserving is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Autonomous and organized, you enjoy teamwork and can operate in demanding, international project environments.
  • Professional proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
