About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the data workstream for annuity purchases, plan terminations, data assessments and remediations, including project management, financial management, client communication, and review and presentation of results
Solution and plan for complex retirement projects that involve multiple workstreams and internal teams.
Utilize technical and analytical skills to create solutions and project plans complete work that leverage junior team members
Mentor and train others regarding data workstreams for derisking transactions
Assist with operational support and sales, including pricing projects, managing pipeline, and overall financial review.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong background in pension risk transfer, pension administration or actuarial consulting.
Proven experience in data management, project leadership, and client communication.
Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and financial acumen.
